Jabeco is operated by Jabeco LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (filing number 811635423) based in Little Rock, Arkansas. "Jabeco", "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean Jabeco LLC.

By using jabeco.app or the Jabeco product — including creating an account, starting a trial, or applying to the Founding Design Partner program — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or product.

Jabeco is an AI-powered product roadmap and backlog management platform. Anyone can create an account and subscribe to a paid plan at jabeco.app. These Terms apply to all use of the site and the product.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Jabeco — generally, you must be at least the age of legal majority where you live and using Jabeco on behalf of yourself or an organization you're authorized to represent.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You own the roadmap, backlog, and other content you create in Jabeco; we don't claim ownership of it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Jabeco does not have a permanent free tier. Plans are subscriptions priced per seat and billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Every new account starts with a 30-day trial of the product; no payment method is required to start it. During a trial with no payment method on file, AI usage and the number of people on the account are limited as described on the pricing page. You may add a payment method at any time during the trial, in which case the plan and seat count you choose become a paid subscription when the trial ends (or immediately, if you choose to start it early). If the trial ends with no payment method on file, nothing is charged; your account becomes read-only, your data is retained and remains exportable, and you may subscribe later to resume editing. Promotion codes, where offered, apply as stated when they are issued. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits per seat, shared across the workspace; it resets at the start of each calendar month and unused credits do not roll over. Don't use Jabeco to violate any law, infringe anyone else's rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data, or interfere with the site or product's normal operation (including automated abuse of public forms or endpoints).

Jabeco, its logo, and its software are owned by Jabeco LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our brand or code beyond what's needed to use the product as intended.

Jabeco is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We're a small, actively-developed product — expect fast iteration, not enterprise-grade uptime guarantees, at this stage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jabeco LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or product.

You can stop using Jabeco at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

We'll update this page as the product evolves and update the "Last updated" date when we do. Material changes will be communicated to anyone with an active account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Arkansas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
