About Jabeco
Jabeco is an AI-native product management platform, built by a working product manager who got tired of doing the AI part by hand in a spreadsheet.
The vision
Every product manager has an AI counterpart — one that knows their product, carries the operational work, and surfaces exactly what matters — so the PM's time goes where only human judgment can: strategy, decisions, and building products people love.
A counterpart to the product manager — never a replacement for one. Jabeco’s AI drafts, scores, watches, and assembles; the PM decides. Every feature is built toward that division of labor, and everything the AI does is labeled, explainable, and reversible.
I founded Jabeco because I kept hitting the same wall every day. Across more than a decade as a Senior Manager of Product Management at a Fortune 500 company, working with some of the largest enterprise clients and their most complex operating models, my work was scattered across spreadsheets, slide decks, and documents that never talked to each other. Assembling a clear picture of where the product actually stood took hours before any real product thinking started.
I started using AI to pull it together, and it genuinely helped — but it moved the manual work rather than removing it. I was still sourcing every input by hand, feeding it into a model, and rewriting the same prompts to get the prioritization, the refinement, and the executive narrative I needed. The AI was doing real work. It just lived entirely outside whatever PM tool I was using that year.
That gap is what Jabeco is for: one platform that already holds the roadmap, the backlog, and the context, with AI reading all of it and driving the output instead of waiting to be told what it's looking at. The goal isn't to assist with the busywork of product management — it's to remove it, so product managers spend their time on strategy and delivery.
Where the existing tools fall short
Product management software has drifted toward one of two extremes: a feature-complete enterprise suite that takes weeks to learn and costs accordingly, or an engineering-first ticketing system with a roadmap view bolted on as an afterthought. Neither was built for a product team that just needs a real roadmap, a real backlog, and an AI that actually understands the product — not a chatbot wedged into an existing tool.
How it's being built
Jabeco is a solo-founder product built with AI as the entire development team — the same bet the product itself makes, applied to its own construction. That's why a one-person company can ship at this pace, and why the AI features aren't a roadmap promise bolted on later: they're the reason the thing exists.
Where it's going
Built in public, shipping weekly, and priced for the product teams actually doing the work rather than enterprise procurement. Founding Design Partners are shaping what lands first — if that's you, the door is open right now.
Help shape an AI-native PM platform from the ground up
Jabeco is pre-launch and being built in the open. Founding Design Partners get in early and have real influence over what ships.
- Early access before public launch
You're in while the product is still being shaped, not handed a finished thing to react to.
- A direct line to the founder
Feedback conversations with the person building it — not a support queue or a feedback portal.
- A discounted founding rate
Locked in when paid plans open, as thanks for backing Jabeco before it was obvious.
