New Features

• Switch between roadmaps from the header. The roadmap name in the header is now a menu listing every roadmap in your workspace, along with "All roadmaps" and "New roadmap". Multiple roadmaps are included on every plan, and now they are easy to find and create.
• Quick actions on every roadmap card. The card menu now offers Open, Move to, Copy link and Delete. Moving a card between columns remains available from a submenu, so you can still reposition cards without dragging, including from a keyboard or phone.

Improvements

• Always know which card you're working on. When you open a card's side panel, the board stays readable and the open card is clearly highlighted. The delete confirmation now names the item, so you can be sure you are removing the right one.
• Clearer hover states. Rows and cards now show a more visible change when you hover over them, making it easier to see what you are about to select. Visibility is checked to meet a minimum level so it stays consistent.

Bug Fixes

• Guided setup now starts reliably for new users. Fixed an issue where clicking "Get started" after signing up could occasionally open an empty Roadmaps page instead of guided setup.

New Features

• A guided tour for first-time users. New users, including invited teammates, are now greeted with a "Get to know Jabeco" welcome, followed by a short walkthrough of the sidebar covering Roadmap, Feedback, Promises, Product Context and the AI Assistant. Each stop explains what that area is for, and you can skip at any point or replay the tour anytime from the account menu.
• Tour support on mobile. On a phone, each stop of the tour appears as a card at the bottom of the screen so nothing is obscured. Your progress is saved to your account, so the tour won't reopen once you've finished or skipped it.

New Features

Blast Radius: see what a roadmap change will cost before you commit. Move an item on the board — from the card menu or the item sheet — and Jabeco immediately reports what that move touches: customer promises now at risk with the revenue attached, dependents scheduled ahead of the work they depend on, key results left behind, and portal followers who will be notified.

Fast moves, reversible decisions. Moves stay instant and the summary banner offers a one-click Undo, while a move that would break a customer promise asks for confirmation first — so the decision stays yours, not the tool's.

Ask the assistant the same question. The AI Assistant can run a read-only blast radius check on any item, so you can weigh a change in conversation before touching the board.

New Features

Promise Ledger. Record every commitment you make to customers, sales partners and executives in one place, with the promise text, due date and linked feature. See at a glance which promises are at risk, kept, broken or renegotiated, and keep a clear history of your follow-through.

Improvements

Share feedback without leaving Jabeco. The ideas portal is now linked directly in the Jabeco interface, so you can tell us what to build next the moment the thought occurs.

More room for personas. You can now build up to five personas per product, making it easier to represent the full range of people you are building for.

New Features

Roadmap templates. Start from a pre-built roadmap with 8–12 realistic items already placed in quarters, so a new workspace goes from blank screen to a working roadmap in seconds rather than half an hour.

Roadmap import. Bring an existing roadmap in from a spreadsheet or CSV instead of re-typing it, for teams arriving with a plan they already maintain elsewhere.

Dependency mapping. Mark what blocks what, see those links on the timeline, and surface blockers early so schedule risk is visible before it becomes an emergency. Dependencies also feed prioritization, so a blocked item is never ranked as if it were ready to start.

Multi-framework prioritization. WSJF, MoSCoW, ICE and a Value/Effort matrix now sit alongside RICE, with manual score entry clearly distinguished from AI-generated scores. Existing RICE behaviour is unchanged.

GitHub connect and development signals. A read-only connection streams pull request, commit and issue activity into your workspace and links it back to roadmap items, so you can see which planned work has real development behind it. It reads no source code and cannot write to GitHub.

Automatic status suggestions from delivery signals. When delivery activity indicates an item has moved, Jabeco proposes the status change and you accept or decline it. Status is a claim you make to your organisation, so nothing is applied on your behalf.

Onboarding and dashboard. A four-step setup wizard, a Quick Start checklist and a dashboard with recent activity and key stats get new users to a usable roadmap without hand-holding.

Daily briefing inbox. A proactive summary of what changed, what is at risk and what needs a decision, designed as the page you land on each morning.

Ideas portal. A branded, customer-facing page where your users submit and vote on feature requests, with status follow-through back to the people who asked.

Transcript and document ingestion. Drop in a meeting transcript or document and get back proposed feedback items, decisions and candidate roadmap items, each quoting the line it came from. Nothing is saved until you accept it, record by record.

Improvements

Broader AI Assistant coverage. The assistant now reaches far more of what you can do in Jabeco directly, with ongoing tracking so its coverage of product actions keeps expanding.

Bug Fixes

Item descriptions now render formatting properly. Bold, italics and other formatting in the description field display as intended instead of leaving visible asterisks in your text.

New Features

AI Assistant for natural language commands. You can now type a plain-English request — like "log a new epic and suggest features for it" — and Jabeco will propose the work and ask for confirmation before creating anything. It's built as a command surface, not a chatbot, so every action stays deliberate and reviewable.

Decision Log. Every product decision now has a permanent, searchable home: what was decided, what was rejected, why, and when to revisit it. No more digging through old messages to answer "why did we build X instead of Y?"

Account & profile settings, completed. You can now change your password, email, and display name directly from your signed-in settings page. Previously only team and usage settings were available here — account control was missing entirely.

Notifications. A new in-app notification bell, email digest, and notification preferences give you a single place to catch comments, mentions, and stakeholder alerts as they happen.

Public changelog, AI-generated. Release notes are now generated automatically from completed work and published to a subscribable public changelog, so your customers can follow along without you writing a single update by hand.

AI PRD Writer. Turn any roadmap item's title and description into a full, structured PRD in about 30 seconds. It's editable, saveable, and exportable, and it uses your workspace's own product context so the result reads like your team wrote it — not a generic template.

Feedback Inbox. Capture, tag, and triage feedback from any source in one place, with every item linkable to the roadmap item it informed. Now you have a paper trail behind every product decision.

Product Context ("Product Brain"). Jabeco now lets you declare your product's core framing once, and every AI feature — PRD writing, prioritization, OKRs, and more — reads it to produce sharper, more relevant output instead of generic suggestions.

OKR AI Assistant. Ask AI to draft your OKRs, refine them with quick edits, and suggest which OKR a new roadmap item should link to. This also feeds better evidence into AI prioritization, so rankings account for how items connect to your goals.

AI Run History & Auditability. Every AI prioritization run is now visible after the fact — the goals used, the items considered, and the results produced. You can finally see how a ranking was reached, not just what it recommended.

Streaming AI generation. Long-running AI operations like PRD generation, release notes, and epic breakdowns now stream their output live as they're written, instead of leaving you staring at a static loading screen.

New Features

Roadmap Builder — Plan visually with a new drag-and-drop Timeline and a Now/Next/Later view. Every roadmap item has its own card and a detail panel, and you can filter the board to focus on what matters. Changes save instantly, so nothing is ever lost.

OKR Tracker — Set quarterly Objectives and Key Results for your workspace and link roadmap items directly to the Key Results they support. This also unlocks AI prioritization, which needs objectives to score against.

AI-Powered Prioritization — Jabeco can now rank your roadmap for you using RICE scoring, complete with the reasoning behind each score. Recommendations are generated fresh each time and are built to be acted on, not just admired.

Backlog Manager — A full-page, sortable table gives you a bird's-eye view across all your roadmaps. Filter, search, bulk-edit, group items, and export to CSV. Organize work into Epics with Features underneath for a clear two-level hierarchy.

Account & Workspace Setup — Sign up with email or Google, get a workspace created automatically, and invite your team right away. Switching between workspaces is seamless.

Improvements

Refreshed brand identity — Jabeco now has a real logo and favicon in place of the plain-text wordmark, giving the product a more polished, professional look.

Flexible seat limits — Workspace seats are now based on the quantity you've purchased rather than a fixed number tied to your plan, giving teams more room to grow without switching tiers.

Bug Fixes

AI prioritization restored — A configuration issue had silently disabled AI prioritization for every workspace on every plan. This is now fixed, and rankings run as expected.

Sign-up and workspace access issues resolved — Fixed a rare issue that could cause incorrect access errors when creating or switching workspaces, along with a deployment configuration issue that could affect new sign-ups.
