2. Pick a plan

Choose Starter, Pro or Intelligence, from $19 per seat per month. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial. A card is required up front, and you can cancel anytime before it converts.

3. Set up in 3 steps

After checkout, Jabeco walks you through “Name your product”, “Start your roadmap” and “Meet the AI Assistant”. Naming your product tells the AI what you are building from its first answer. You can start your roadmap from a spreadsheet, a template or a blank page, and every step can be skipped.

4. Import your roadmap from a CSV

Export your roadmap as a CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or the tool you use now. In Jabeco, open a roadmap, choose Import CSV from its actions menu (…), and map your columns to Jabeco’s fields. Only a title is required, each import takes up to 500 rows, and there is a sample file to download. Nothing is saved until you confirm the preview.

5. Work with the AI Assistant

The AI Assistant comes with the Pro and Intelligence plans. Ask for what you want in plain words, such as “Break my biggest epic into features”. The assistant proposes each change, and nothing is saved until you accept it. Open it from AI Assistant in the sidebar.

6. Understand AI credits

A credit is how AI work is measured, and its cost tracks what an action actually does. Prioritization costs 2 credits per batch of up to 25 backlog items, so scoring 200 items uses 16 — and Jabeco tells you the number before you run it, never after. Your allowance is per seat and shared across the workspace, so a 5-seat Pro team has 3,000 credits a month between them. Every AI feature states what it costs in the same credits.

AI features pause until the allowance resets at the start of the next month, and everything else in Jabeco keeps working. Unused credits don't roll over. No overage is ever billed and no surprise charge ever appears — if you need more, you upgrade or add seats deliberately. For scale, a seat's allowance scores 1,875 backlog items a month on Starter, 7,500 on Pro and 15,000 on Intelligence.
