Why is there no free plan?
Every plan runs real AI work on every roadmap, and that costs money per use. A free tier would mean capping the AI so hard it stops being useful, or funding it by pushing everyone toward an enterprise contract. A 30-day trial on the full product is a more honest way to let you evaluate it.
What does the 30-day trial include?
The complete tier you picked, not a stripped-down version. A card is required up front so nothing interrupts your workspace when the trial converts, and you can cancel any time before it does.
What is an AI credit?
A credit is how AI work is measured, and its cost tracks what an action actually does. One credit scores a batch of up to 25 backlog items, so most prioritization runs cost exactly one. A large run costs more — scoring 200 items uses 8 — and Jabeco tells you the number before you run it, never after. Your allowance is per seat and shared across the workspace, so a 5-seat Pro team has 2,500 credits a month between them. As new AI features ship, each states what it costs in the same credits.
What happens if we run out of AI credits?
AI features pause until the allowance resets at the start of the next month, and everything else in Jabeco keeps working. Nothing is billed automatically and no surprise charge ever appears — if you need more, you upgrade or add seats deliberately. For scale: 500 credits is 12,500 items scored per seat, per month.
How does per-seat pricing work as we grow?
No plan caps how many people can join — you add seats as you need them and pay for what you use. Moving between tiers changes what the product can do, never how many teammates you're allowed.
When can I actually start using Jabeco?
Self-serve signup isn't open yet. Founding Design Partners get access first, ahead of general availability — that's what the sign-up on this page is for.
